Ben Kimball, our Business Development director holds 20+ years of experience in the oil & gas industry holding a variety of positions over the years in both land & offshore operations.
Our commitment to excellence is demonstrated by our ability to continuously innovate in our industry, whilst simultaneously providing high quality services to our clients worldwide.
ENERGEXON Technologies represents the international rebranding and expansion of PECOME, having achieved over two decades of growth and development in China.
Ben is a highly motivated professional with 20 years of extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Throughout his career, he has managed both land and offshore operations across a diverse range of countries, including Singapore, Indonesia, Bangladesh, and Russia. Ben’s technical expertise spans normal to high-pressure wells, deepwater, ERD, Ultra ERD, subsea drilling, and Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) technologies.
Ben has held several key roles, from Product Line Manager to Project Engineer, and most recently, Regional Sales/Account Manager. His hands-on experience on both offshore and land rigs provides him with a comprehensive understanding of operations from planning to execution.
Known for his ability to cultivate close relationships with clients, Ben has consistently delivered projects ahead of schedule and under budget. His collaborative approach has earned him recognition and awards from both customers and colleagues.
With a strong belief in teamwork, honesty, and communication, Ben has mentored engineers across multiple countries, fostering a team-oriented environment. His ability to navigate cultural differences has proven invaluable in achieving corporate goals, making him a versatile and dynamic leader in the industry.
